Michael Pallier is the Managing Director of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty. The elite agency handles the sale of luxury residential homes and rural properties throughout New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
Michael spent the first 14 years of his working life with Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Mercedes Benz, in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. During this time Michael was consistently the top sales person for each of these luxury brands in Australia. Michael moved into luxury Eastern Suburbs home sales in 1997, representing many of his car clients in the sale of their luxury homes.
Since 1997 Michael has personally negotiated in excess of 1000 Eastern Suburbs luxury home sales on behalf of his clients. His sales include the most expensive home ever sold in Australia, the most expensive home ever sold at auction in Australia and the most expensive residential land ever sold, per square metre, in Australia. Since the start of 2013 Michael has personally sold 36 homes in excess of $10,000,000 each and 48 homes in excess of $9,000,000 each.
Most of Michael’s sales come from repeat clients and referral business. He works at all times in his vendors best interests and has gained a reputation for selling quality real estate, backed by the worlds most prestigious luxury real estate brand.
