As a Buyers Agent I am exposed to a lot of different agents and styles.  I had the pleasure of negotiating with Harriet recently on a property purchase for my clients.  Harriet was a pleasure to deal with.  She was honest about her client expectations, but also did her best to understand my client’s situation and purchasing power in a challenging market for buyers in that price range. At all times, Harriet was personable, friendly, polite and professional.  She was clearly working hard for her clients, but very respectful of my position as a Buyers Agent.  She communicates with honesty and integrity without giving away her sellers position, works rapidly under time pressures and is genuine and warm in all of her interactions.
