Harry Triguboff, CEO of Meriton Apartments was Deborah's mentor and employer for almost eight years. Triguboff's renowned tough negotiation style provided an excellent period of personal growth during which Deborah honed her skills within all aspects of property, sales and management.
In 2002 Deborah established Position Realty in Woollahra, then in 2009 opened Position Realty in Rose Bay. Actively working as an agent and managing a team of twelve people, Position Realty grew from strength to strength in both sales and property management. In 2017 Position Realty sold its sizeable rent roll.
Deborah joined Sydney Sotheby's International Realty in 2018 to continue providing exceptional service in selling luxury homes and investment apartments. When I think back to the day I'd asked Deborah Travers to my apartment to sell my property, I didn't expect such brilliant results, nor such a wonderful estate agent.
After coming to the realization it was time to sell my business and my apartment to move close to my elderly parents, I needed an Estate Agent who had the energy and passion of a new agent, yet the experience and professionalism of an agent with maturity. The next two weeks as I was in hospital, Deborah organized absolutely everything! Painting, electrician, furniture, interior designer, photos, advertising, even a brilliant solicitor! There was never an issue, problem or drama, Deborah did everything needed. I've bought and sold many properties over the years, never has it been so smooth, and this, despite it being the most difficult time for me.
There was follow ups and feed back all along the way. The day of the Auction Deborah met me at the venue beforehand and she filled me in on what to expect. What I didn't expect was the brilliant price I received. Deborah went above and beyond.
